Among Mandy's landscapes paintings are the rugged treeless landscapes of Iceland. Inspired by a visit, she was captivated by the enchantment of how different the Icelandic terrain appeared.

It could almost have been a distant lunar landscape, with the geysers, rock formations and the brightly coloured lichen - and it's the lichen that gives her painting optimism, as they point towards a less polluted environment and hope for the world.
